MarinersCARE Leadership Retreat
Starts Friday at 7:00 pm and ends Sunday at noon.
Lakeside at Forest Home
40000 Valley of the Falls Dr.
Forest Falls, CA 92339

Enhance your ability to connect with fellow volunteers and the people you are serving by:
Discovering….Learning about…and Valuing the differences God designed. (Roman 12:18)

Based on the solid research of the Myers-Briggs Temperament Indicator, refined by Keirsey and Bates, we will be using the metaphor of “color” developed by Don Lowry of “True Colors:”
* Identifying the Different Temperaments
* Encountering Temperament Collisions
* Appreciating and Learning from Temperament Differences

After discovering the differences, we will explore specific things that irritate each temperament type, their attributes under stress, and how to regain balance. These differences impact our physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual environments. The workshop will culminate in the realization that all temperaments are created and designed by God to enhance the “body.”
